A simple recipe to make pickles at home includes:

  • 1 pound cucumbers
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1-tablespoon salt

  • 1-teaspoon dill seed


  1. Wash cucumbers.
  2. Slice cucumbers into rounds or spears.
